If you send your Interac e-Transfer on a business day before 2 PM EST, your payment will typically be accepted within 30 minutes to a few hours, and your order will be processed and shipped the same day. Payments sent after 2 PM EST will still be accepted the same day, but your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.
On weekends and holidays, our accountant works limited hours, so payments may take longer to be accepted. Rest assured, any orders with payments received over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.

While we make every effort to fulfill each order accurately, there are occasional instances where an item may be out of stock. Since payments are often processed promptly, reaching out for replacements or substitutions can delay order processing.
In such cases, we may substitute the out-of-stock item with a similar product of equal or greater value. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, we will issue store credit for the value of the missing item.

In some cases, if you reside in a rural area or a smaller population city, it may take up to 4 business days or longer, with longer delivery times more common in provinces like New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
If you sent your payment and your order went to processing and still don't have a tracking number by 8 PM EST by the following business day please contact [email protected] and one of our customer service representatives will take a look. If your order is still on hold, that means we have not received your payment yet and your order has not been processed yet.
The tracking number sent to you via email will usually show the expected delivery date of your package. If there has been no update past the delivery date, please contact [email protected] with your order number in the subject line, and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
Please note that we do not cover packages marked as "Delivered" by Canada Post. If you live in an area where theft occurs frequently, we recommend opting for a signature required sticker or having the package sent to your local Post Office for added security.
If your package still cannot be located, we will open a service ticket with Canada Post on your behalf. Once a ticket is opened, Canada Post will attempt to locate your package, which can take 5-7 business days. In most cases, once the trace is filed, the package tends to arrive the following day.
We offer full insurance on your order, meaning if it gets lost in transit, we will replace your package. One replacement per order. While this situation is rare, we want to ensure our customers feel confident when shopping at Cheap Weed Canada Co..
Please note that replacements will be provided in the form of store credit, as we do not offer refunds. We do not offer replacement packages for orders marked as delivered by Canada Post.
If Canada Post marks your package as "Delivered," but you haven't received it, it's possible that the package was delivered to the wrong address, or the postal worker may have mistakenly left it at a neighbour's house or in the wrong mailbox. We recommend checking with your neighbours and around their property. Also, don’t forget to check your community mailbox if applicable.
In some cases, Canada Post may mark the package as delivered before it actually arrives at your address. Please allow a few extra business days to see if the package shows up.
